The Hotel Odjo d‘Agua has been build on a small promontory where was pointed out the Farol Vera Cruz and inaugurated in March of 1999. Under the direction of its director, native of the island and with long professional passage in hotelery, the Hotel was growing in a way to transmit the true Creole environment. Our beach, its beach-bar and boutique gives you the chance of enjoying sun-bathing with complete peace of mind.

With a calm and familiar atmosphere, the hotel provides to their guests a chance to relaxing, testing the beauty and the tranquility of its environment. The Hotel is partially build in the sea, what it makes become varanda‘s restaurant of the Hotel one of the most looked places of the island, where the customers can enjoy one of the best view of Santa Maria‘s bay when putting of the sun.

Odjo d‘Agua has 50 rooms, it is a hotel full of charm and has a familiar and private environment. The hotel is partly built in the sea and it is very well integrated in the village of Santa Maria. This gives you a chance to have a good relationship with the people of Sal and the calm of the Atlantic Ocean. Odjo d‘agua Hotel has three types of accommodation. There are double rooms with two large beds, suites with an extra living room where the furniture can be used as beds for children and adolescents, and suites with two kings sized beds and a saloon. All rooms have a bathroom with hot and cold water, bathtub, hairdryer, air conditioning, fan, a big wardrobe, TV with seven channels, telephone, mini-bar, a safe, and a private balcony.Most of the rooms have a view overlooking the bay of Santa Maria.

The Owner is a direct descendant of a singers family, the Capeverdean music is always present.
